Pro Coaching Football Academy is high quality football for kids.

PCFA are based in West Sussex and operate at various locations throughout the county. Their main base is The Littlehampton Academy School in Littlehampton, a £32 million pound facility with a state of the art all weather 3rd Generation artificial pitch complete with flood lights, registration and waiting area and changing facilities.

Pro coaching football academy are focused completely on player development.

We do not run teams so players come to us for additional training to augment and enhance their training and playing skills with their teams. ProCFA offer an environment in which to flourish, grow and learn as a player by removing “player anxiety”, which can inhibit and in some cases arrest development and learning completely.

Team managers and coaches are also encouraged to take an active role in a players involvement with the Academy – due to the fact that we don’t run teams managers can relax in the knowledge that players are not being “head-hunted” or scouted for other teams.

Professional Club Links

Pro Coaching football club have very strong links and referral arrangements
in place with the 2 local professional clubs in the area – Brighton & Portsmouth F.C. and although we do not advertise this fact openly we have referred a number of players upon the request of parents and coaches.

Pro Coaching can recommend players to clubs but this is not our main objective.

Our main objective is to help players reach their potential to whatever level they aspire and to raise the quality and standard of football within West Sussex.
